Job Description

In this role you will be a member of Sales and Customer team and directly in contact with the Senior Presales Engineer. You will partner with our Customer Success Consultants and our Account Managers in pursuit of net-new business and deployments. With a blend of product sales, functional abilities and technical skills, you use a consultative approach to understand business and functional requirements, demonstrate the great fit between our solution and our customers' needs and lead Customer IT deployments.

New business development

  • Perform product demos and communicate 365Talents’ value proposition to varying technical and business prospective customers
  • Support and respond, in an effective and timely manner, to RFI / RFPs
  • Partner with Sales to develop requirements documents, presentations, tradeshow demos, proposals, coordinate with our Product team and Customer Success Consultants including tailored environment for key prospects to execute sales objectives or to ensure that all pre-sales customer requirements are documented and transitioned

Customer onboarding / deployment

  • In the deployment phase, prepare and lead the technical workshops to present our standards (infrastructure, architecture, security, etc.) and the IT ecosystem of our customers,
  • Manage and coordinate actions with the customer IT team to ensure the implementation of interfaces (sftp, information flow by API ...) and connectivity (mobile access, Single Sign On ...) to the application
  • Manage technical settings of the solution in coordination with the Customer Success Manager
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in technology including the competitive landscape in collaboration with our Product team
  • Work closely with our Product managers and Engineering by providing feedback from information gathered during pre-sales projects

Preferred Experience

Must have

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to realize presentations to wide and diversified audiences in English and French.
  • Background in project management with a good understanding of IT ecosystems
  • Understanding of deployment and integration of SaaS based software
  • Mastering of SQL language
  • Knowledge of network and web security protocols and standards : SSL, SSO, HTTPS, certificats
  • Listening and interpersonal skills : you enjoy working with people and technology, and as such you have both the ability to interact with various teams as well as excellent relationship-building.
  • Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-learner, team player, enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and shows initiative
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a high technology position and some experience with software companies in HR Tech.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of our programming languages : Javascript et Python
  • Very good command of one other language
