Our Story :

Descriptif du poste

In this role you will be a member of Sales team and directly in contact with our CSO. You will partner with our Account Managers to work through strategic company sales processes. With a blend of product sales and technical skills, you use a consultative approach to understand business and functional requirements and demonstrate the great fit between our solution and our cutomers' needs.

  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify and create winning sales strategies
  • Perform product demos and communicate 365Talents’ value proposition to varying technical and business prospective customers
  • Support and respond, in an effective and timely manner, to RFI / RFPs
  • Support and setup tradeshow demos, including tailored environment for key prospects
  • Partner with Sales to develop requirements documents, presentations, proposals, coordinate with our Product team and Customer Success Consultants to execute sales objectives or to ensure that all pre-sales customer requirements are documented and transitioned
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in technology in collaboration with our Product team
  • Understand and explain the competitive landscape surrounding 365Talents.
  • Work closely with our Product managers and Engineering by providing feedback from information gathered during pre-sales projects

Profil recherché

Must have :

  • Background in pre-sales with a good understanding of sales situations
  • Proven experience in a high technology position and some experience with enterprise software in HR Tech.
  • Understanding of deployment and integration of SaaS based software
  • Technical skills combined with good understanding of web-based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to realize presentations to wide and diversified audiences
  • Listening and interpersonal skills : you enjoy working with people and technology, and as such you have both the ability to interact with various teams as well as excellent relationship-building.
  • Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-learner, team player, enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and shows initiative
  • French as native language, english fluency
  • Willing to travel
  • BA/BS degree preferred
