Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for demand generation and brand awareness in your territory through a number of marketing channels, including inbound & outbound marketing tactics.
Plan and execute 365Talents marketing activities for defined International markets (EMEA first then ROW) based on the overall company marketing strategy.
Using 6 super powers:
Talented writer, you master English and can write articles, sales collaterals, blogs, videos scripts etc. you will be responsible for adapting all our channels to fit the International market.
Acute researcher : you love benchmark and you know how to evaluate opps on markets, and find opportunities for 365Talents.
Learning enthusiast: Your job in marketing is all about learning. So you test, fail and learn from mistakes, then try again. In a pure growth hacking way ;-) So you will grow our INT audience on all channels to amplify your content strategy.
Excellent project management: your job will include finding and managing external help (freelances & agencies) and managing your budget/costs.
Nerdy on reports: KPIs, reporting and follow-ups are your thing. You make sure that you stick to the plan you created and monitor your success. Or adjust the plan accordingly if it is not the case.
Team-playing attitude: you might be on your own on your task for International, but you love collaborating with other teammates (Marketing & others teams) we believe collaboration is key to innovation!
