As a Product Marketing Manager, and our first-ever, you will be key in designing our go to market strategies in collaboration with our Head of Product and Head of Marketing.
We are looking for someone that has a real understanding of HR depts pain points and challenges and help them understand how our product can help prospects and customers alike. Your responsibilities include :
Detect and analyse Market trends and share your market intelligence through reports and detailed benchmarks.
Help the Sales team (in collaboration with the Pre Sales Engineer) to communicate the right message that resonate with our prospects pain points and needs.
Help the marketing team communicate better on our product USPs and use cases through all communications channels
Work with partners and inside team on GTM strategies for our platform offering, its modules and integrations
Collaboration is key on this role, as you will interact with a lot of the Business Management team.
