Descriptif du poste

As a Business Development Representative for Northern Europe, your core objective is to start the Talent Experience conversation with new Enterprise Customers across multiple verticals and geographies within Northern Europe (UK, Benelux, Nordics). You will:

  • Reach out to the biggest companies C-Level and directors through Social / Email / Calls and start the conversation on 365Talents with the support of Marketing Lead Generation activities.
  • Setup meetings for yourself and for the Regional Sales Director, working in tandem to build a strong sales pipeline and develop a strategy to land our target accounts in Northern Europe.
  • Dynamically source and develop every opportunity to grow our new logos.
  • Be the best at delivering a first pitch on 365Talents - become an expert in the talent experience ecosystem.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders within Forbes 2000 companies (2,000- 100,000+ employees).
  • Engage with internal teams in sales and marketing to create strategy, messaging and sales collateral tailored for your portfolio and geography.
  • Manage, track and report sales activities and results in our CRM.
  • Contribute to Go to Market and Sales Organisation Strategies to deliver firm growth across your portfolio and geography - you need to give feedback on your experience and be a force of proposition.
  • Help shape the future of 365Talents’ global footprint with your unique insights, ideas, and skills

Profil recherché

  • Prior experience in business development (inbound or outbound) and/or sales (SaaS/HR experience preferred, but not required)
  • Motivation to start a career in Sales within a fast paced / high growth company
  • Track record of success, professionally, academically or personally.
  • Successful in telling impactful stories, demonstrating software and building ROI presentations
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travels to our HQs in France (Paris / Lyon) or in territory.
  • Has the will to always exceed, can keep high activity and motivate yourself
  • Fluency in English & Other.
  • Excellent knowledge of the territory (top 100 companies in Northern Europe) a distinct advantage.
